Customers who purchase a Falcon business jet from French military and business jet manufacturer Dassault Aviation will receive first aid and emergency medical services, materials, and training from Aircare International, a Tacoma, Washington,-based provider of medical, safety, and emergency-related services and products for business aviation. Dassault’s Falcon lineup includes the Falcon 8X, 7X, 2000LXS, and 2000S business jets. Dassault is also currently developing the ultra-wide-body, twin-engine Falcon 6X for expected 2022 delivery after making its maiden flight in 2021.

    Care In The Air

Dassault selected Aircare International after considering its customers’ needs and what was available on the market. Falcon Operational Support Vice President Frédéric Leboeuf says Aircare International offered the “most complete suite of first aid services available.”

Catering exclusively to business aviation clients, Aircare International’s tele-medicine hotline provides 24/7 access to medical professionals in the event of an emergency and will be available to Dassault Aviation’s Falcon jet customers. (Photo courtesy of Dassault Falcon.)

Falcon customers will receive a standard first aid kit meeting their home country’s requirements for airworthiness authority laws and customer language specifications. Customers will also receive a full day of training for all crew members covering in-flight medical services and proper first aid kit usage. Dassault says training is “especially tailored to respond to emergencies in the aircraft environment,” which pose challenges due to space constraints.

    For Business Clients

Aircare International’s medical services include 24/7 access to a tele-medicine hotline enabling crew members to consult with a medical professional from a dedicated network operations center supported by George Washington University Hospital. Dassault says the service caters exclusively to business aviation clients and covers “repatriation of clients who are injured or become ill while traveling abroad.”

If you’re looking for a business jet from Dassault Aviation, you’ll find numerous pre-owned models for sale every day on Controller.com.
