Prior to mid-March, Bombardier had never delivered one of its 10-passenger Bombardier Challenger 350 business jets to a customer in Belgium. That’s no longer the case now that Bombardier has delivered a Challenger 350 to Luxaviation Group, which will operate the aircraft for a Belgian customer. Notably, the Challenger 350 will become one of more than 600 Bombardier Business Aircraft planes operating in the region, which includes Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.

    Luxaviation Jets & Helicopters

Luxaviation, made up of Luxaviation Helicopters, Starspeed, and ExecuJet and other business aviation companies, offers aircraft management, charter, maintenance, and FBO (fixed-base operations) for private and commercial aircraft. The company is billed as one of the world’s largest private operators. Based in Luxembourg, Luxaviation operates a fleet of 260-plus jets and helicopters and has locations in Africa, Asia-Pacific, Caribbean, Europe, Latin America, and Middle East.

Hervé Laitat, Luxaviation Belgium CEO, said Luxaviation’s facilities in Belgium are a “true reflection” of how the company has set the bar “very high” for international business aviation operations. “Our ExecuJet Brussels FBO was the first to be certified by the IS-BAH (International Standard of Business Air Handling) in the country, and we’ve just achieved IS-BAH Stage II certification, proving our team’s dedication to safety and service excellence,” he says.

    The Challenger 350

Able to connect Brussels to Dubai nonstop, the Challenger 350 provides a 3,200-nautical mile (5,926-kilometer) range and the ability to quickly climb to a 43,000-foot (13,106-meter) initial cruising altitude. Bombardier says the jet is the only super-midsize aircraft that can fly full range at full fuel and full seat capacity, and is the best-selling business jet platform of the last decade.

Controller.com offers numerous new and used Bombardier Challenger aircraft for sale, including Challenger 350, 605, 604, and 601 models. Controller.com also has hundreds of new and used piston and turbine helicopters for sale.
