Dassault Aviation Tabs New Authorized Service Center In Toronto For Falcon Business Jets
Dassault Falcon Jet recently designated Skyservice Toronto, located at the Toronto Pearson Airport, as a new ASC (Authorized Service Center) for models of its business jets. Specifically, the announcement enables such services as line maintenance and AOG (on the ground) support to be performed in the facility on 900EX EASy and 2000EX EASy business jet models from the France-based Dassault Aviation. The move also makes the Skyservice Toronto center the 52nd support network in Dassault’s global support network.
Facility Capabilities
Housing 160,000 square feet of service and maintenance space, the Skyservice Toronto facility can handle line maintenance service for both local and transient aircraft operators, and in addition to performing A-series checks and other in-house maintenance services, Skyservice Toronto can also provide AOG GoTeam dispatch abilities for remote-location aircraft repairs.
According to Dassault, while the new ASC is situated in Skyservice’s Toronto facility, Skyservice also supports AOG situations at its Montreal and Calgary facilities. Broadly, Skyservice possesses maintenance certifications from Canada, the United States, Europe, Bermuda, and Hong Kong and is also an Authorized Honeywell Service Center for the TFE731 series of Honeywell engines.
