Dassault Aviation Providing Special Event Services To Falcon Owners At World Economic Forum

    Posted On: January 21, 2019

Dassault Aviation recently announced it will make the company’s full selection of services available to Falcon business jet owners attending the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, in late January. (Photo courtesy of Dassault Aviation.)

As it has in the past, Dassault Aviation says it will make its full selection of services available to Falcon aircraft owners attending major global business, cultural, and sporting events this year. Among these is the upcoming World Economic Forum scheduled January 22 to 25 in Davos, Switzerland, where CEOs, heads of state, political and business leaders, and cultural figures are set to meet.

    In Response

In addition to providing routine troubleshooting services to Falcon customers via its 24/7 global Falcon Command Center, other services Dassault offers at special events include Technical Team assistance, offsite GoTeam dispatch, and the Falcon Response portfolio of AOG (Aircraft on Ground) services. Dassault says Falcon Response is the “only AOG service equipped with dedicated aircraft specially designed to speed spare parts, tools, and technicians to remote sites and provide alternative lift when needed to get passengers to their destination on time.”

For the World Economic Forum, Dassault reinforced its support teams at the Zurich International Airport and at St. Gallen—Altenrhein Airport to serve Falcon crews attending the event. Dassault will also make additional resources available from its Falcon Authorized Service Centers in the region and throughout the Falcon Support organization. Last year, Dassault made its support services available at the FIFA Soccer World Cup in Russia and the Winter Olympic Games in PyeongChang, South Korea.

Besides troubleshooting services made available via its 24/7 global Falcon Command Center, Dassault Aviation offers Technical Team assistance, offsite GoTeam dispatch, and various AOG services to Falcon aircraft operators attending various major global events. Falcon Aircraft

In addition to its upcoming ultra-wide-body Falcon 6X twin-engine business jet, which is expected to enter service in 2022, other twin- and tri-jet business aircraft Dassault manufactures includes the Falcon 7X, 8X, 900LX, 2000LXS, and 2000S. If you’re in the market for Dassault Aviation aircraft, you’ll find both new and used models of these airplanes, as well as Falcon 50, Falcon 20F, and Falcon 10 aircraft, for sale on Controller.com.
