According to the newest Sandhills Global aviation market reports, month-over-month and year-over-year asking values for used jet aircraft dipped lower in August and are trending down. By contrast, asking values for used piston-single and turboprop aircraft increased M/M and YOY and are trending up. Inventory levels, meanwhile, showed mixed results across aircraft categories, with inventory continuing to trend downward for jets and turboprops and sideways for piston singles. Inventory levels in this market have mostly been gradual over the past six months, with both positive and negative changes.”
